Cartus Concierge needed more than a refresh — it needed a new identity. As a relocation service catering to high-profile individuals, the brand had to communicate luxury at every touchpoint, from the first pixel to the final printed guideline.
I led the full creative elevation of the brand, designing the website experience and authoring the brand guidelines for their new luxury division. Every decision — typography, color, spacing, tone — was made through the lens of one question: does this feel like it belongs in the same conversation as the clients it serves?
The result is a brand system that doesn't just look premium. It behaves that way.
